What is a Master Part’s Distributor (MPD)?

A MPD is factory authorized to provide support for your Re-Verber-Ray brand heater(s) anywhere in the USA.  A MPD, or your local Re-Verber-Ray Distributor, should be the first service outlet that you contact for support.  A MPD will offer the following services:

• Toll-free staffed assistance (Mon. – Fri. 9am – 5pm local time).

• Technical troubleshooting assistance.

• Stocked Re-Verber-Ray parts.  Common replacement parts will be readily available.

• Visa and MasterCard services.

• 24 hour shipping, via UPS, anywhere in the United States.

• Fair and competitive parts pricing with discounts to the trades.

What Can I Expect When Working with a Master Parts Distributor?

When working with a MPD, you should expect the highest level of customer service. 

At a minimum, theses services will be provided: 

• Immediate technical support.  Assistance in troubleshooting your heater and locating the necessary part. Phones will be staffed M-F, 9-5, local time.

• Fair and competitive parts pricing.  Prices will not exceed published list prices.  Discounts to the HVAC Trades may apply.

• Shipping fees at billed costs. Any service or handling fee will not exceed $5.00 per order.

• Expedited shipping services from MPD stock,  M-F, 9-5, local time.

What Re-Verber-Ray Distributor Should I Work With?

There are two methods available for obtaining aftermarket replacement parts.  You may contact your local Re-Verber-Ray Distributor or you may work with any MPD.  MPD may offer service anywhere in the USA and suggested service regions are shown for your convenience.

Can Orders be placed on-line or directly with the Factory?

No, orders may not be placed on-line or directly with the factory.  Please contact a MPD or your Local Distributor.  For your convenience, a pick sheet may be assembled while at our Part Website for printing and easy reference.

Can a Master Parts Distributor Sell New Heaters?

Yes, MPD’s may sell new product (full heaters), but only within their assigned territory.  To find out who your local Re-Verber-Ray distributor is, please visit our Dealer Locator.  If you are located outside the MPD’s assigned territory, the MPD can provide the name and contact of your local distributor.
